Property Cannot Be Sold or Rented and Fees Keep Rising

We have not been able to sell the property that we have and they won't help us with any of it. They have raised the maintenance fees and taxes. They said they no longer rent them out for us. When we had it for rent they never did rent it. We have mtl co. Trying to sell this property and they can't do it either.
We feel that it is a complete rip off.
