Delfina R. Perez is an unlawful tenant that has not paid rent and will not leave my property after defaulting on the Lease Agreement. She owes me over $ 90,000 in past due rent, late charges etc... She scams landlords by lying in her rental application and not disclosing her fraudulent past making herself be a very honest and righteous tenant.

Once she moves in the property she will not make any rent payments and refuse to leave the property.

I have been trying to evict her for over 1 year and she will not leave my property. She does not answer any of the mails or eviction letters sent to her. I had to get the courts and Broward Sheriff Office involved to get her to leave my property.

Moreover, her near by neighbors complain about the way she behaves by not showing any class or respect whatsoever to those around her.
