Withheld payment for months!

I listed the timeshare we have in Dubai with International Properties and Resorts over a year ago, with the hopes of having them rent out my expensive timeshare property I've managed to lock myself into for the next 15 years.

The 'good people' at International Properties and Resorts listed my timeshare in Dubai in April with the promise of being able to rent out my property without any hassles. They informed me that my resort is in high demand in the USA because people like Beckham and Tom Cruise are getting property in Dubai as well.

We signed the agreements and faxed them back to our rep Mr. Leary. He told us everything looks great and we should be able to rent our property for all of our purchased weeks.

Well, its been almost two years, and of the 6 weeks that were available to purchase only 3 weeks were sold. During that time my wife and I felt that there could have been more sales, but because we only listed our resorts with International Property Resorts, only half of the inventory was sold. The money we received from International Property Resorts barely covered the fees we had to pay to the resort in Dubai.

I don't think I would list my resort with only one listing company for the future years as it didn't work to my advantage.international Property Resorts should be able to rent my beautiful condo in Dubai.
