After a technician installed telephone connections, he left a large structure open to the rockwall of my new home. I reported the damage to Steve Abernathy, Manager Network Serves and installation and maintenance manage which has been more than two months ago, and as of this date, November 16, nothing had done repairing the damage. I am think of taking the next step of some legal action.
