This complaint is directed to Jet Blue's customer service department.
I am so tired writing to your customer service with my complaint and not being responded to. I even talked to a representative on the phone (Cindy employee # 79676) and she suggested I write here. I even wrote to corporate and never got a reply. So this is now my 4th attempt at trying to get someone to respond.
My friend flew home from a visit with me and assisted with a medical emergeny the whole way home, kept the passenger stable (an off duty Jet Blue Employee). Her efforts kept Jet Blue from having to make an emergency landing that would have resulted in countless delays and missed flights. No one including the passenger suffering the chest pain ever thanked her for her efforts. This is outrageous and sice way too much time has passed to thank her, the least someone can do is apologize to her!!!

I always reommended that all my friends fly Jet Blue and now I am embarrased and angry that I should have to invest so much of my time trying to get you to do the right thing.
