The internet is so slow - wireless internet

I thought is was a good idea in this economy not having to sign a two year contract for internet, but I guess I'll have to. I just bought the cricket wireless plug in for my computer... And it is TERRIBLE!!! Everything I like to do on the internet, I cant do... Watch video's, Play games, Download music. Nothing works!!! It takes 20 minutes to watch a 4 minute video on youtube. Its a joke, And would like a refund so I can go elsewhere..
