Rebate is a Rip off. Cricket wireless rebate never comes

I bought the cricket wireless modem for internet use and sent the REBATE REQUEST, but I have yet to receive it. I sent all the required information and material needed, but i was sent a letter saying that the cricket wireless number was required. Hello, it is a modem there is no phone number. This is just a huge lie. Two years ago we bought cell phones for our daughters and didnt receive those rebates either. This needs to stop and this company needs to be held accountable for their acctions. I know I am not the only one this has happened to, and I will be contacting a lawyer in San Diego California to look into a class action lawsuit..
