Please know that your return policy as stated by your phone reps is clearly misleading. Because at the end of the day, the consumer does not get their money back. You only get the item that is the regular price refunded, all the other items that are supposedly "free" with the added P& H of 9.95 are clearly not refundable. The point of the 30 day guarantee are then a waste of money. The jeans you have to try and wear around, then I trust that you will say that were 'used'and unreturnable. I am an avid shopper, but I don't like scams like this and want to know that if I am not satisfied with a product, I can return it, just like in a store. I will not be purchasing anything anymore from your company. Your customer service reps should be trained to tell us the real facts.
