Data Cut Off After Phone Purchase Despite Unlimited Plan Claim

Do not go with cricket wireless. There phones and business are crappy. I bought my phone a few days before christmas and in the beginning of january my internet completely shut down. I called to see about my account and it said i had 1242 grams of data and used 1242 grams of data and i have 0 grams of data remaining. But how is that so? When this company provides UNLIMITED data, calls, etc. So now until I'm at home all i can do on my phone is call and text. I can't even use my apps without data. So i have to home home and connect my phone to the wif to have internet access. Good thing i have wifi or i would be one sorry sucker, not that im not sorry for going with cricket now. I AM! This phone company is most definitely a rip off. My Boost Mobile phone was better than this. And when you call 1800cricket the reps act like they can't even help you with your problem. Listen to me, and do not go with cricket. You better off with your phone company that you are with. And if you wanna switch DO NOT go with cricket. You'll be quite disappointed! Now have a nice day.
