Ripoff, won't refund, won't accept unopened item return, I can't believe the tactics of this company

I ordered this product for a free 30 sample from a TV advertisement. I was bombarded on the phone call for 15 minutes for all kinds of other products to buy under much pressure, even though I told them I'm not interested in anything else. Somewhere in that snow storm I was instructed to cancel in 30 days to avoid some kind of shipment for the product. I called shortly after that to cancel. I received the package in the meantime, I was told by the person I cancelled with that I wouldn't receive anything else. Well a package came anyway.

I called them to get my money back, the order line couldn't help me, sent me to write to a PO box for a dispute with customer service, I couldn't talk to anyone live. I sent the letter, they wrote me back to deny refund. Saying I agreed to getting this on tape to receive every month. I called order line again, I said I still have the unopened package in the box they sent, they told me too bad, I still wouldn't get the refund, & to write to the PO Box again. I can't believe the tactics of this company. I want them to burn for this.
