Life Cleanse, SWM Laboratories charged bank account again after cancellation of orde

While on internet I noticed supplements that in the advertisement were recomended by Dr. Oz as seen on the Oprah show. I frequently watch Oprah so I decided to try the trial order. I was only to be charged $3.95 and I could cancel my order at any time. I cancelled my order after seeing my bank account on line was charged $87.13. I called the number on my bank statement and was put on hold for 20 minutes before someone took my call. I received a confirmation number for cancellation of any future orders but was told another shipment had already been sent out to me.

On the 20th of January another charge of $87.13 was taken out of my bank account along with transaction fees and international fees. I again called the number and was put on hold again for 20 minutes and was told my order had been cancelled but I said I did not get a refund to my account. Jana Wilson, the person on the phone, said I would get an e-mail from the refund department.

The end of January I received a package which I returned unopened and I called in early February asking where my $174.26 refund was and was put on hold for over 20 minutes and I knew that no one would take my call. I have yet to receive an e-mail about a refund. I am retired and $174.26 could buy groceries and prescriptions. I was taken in by claims that this product was endorsed by Oprah and Dr. Oz as well as Good Morning America.

Also when I called to cancel my order I was never given the proper return policy when I told them that when the next order was delivered I would send it back "return to sender". She did not reveal that the product could not be returned that way. I only found that out today when I looked under SWM Laboratories on internet and read about others that have been ripped-off.
