I believed that the products were great up until I returned two of their products that were unopened. I sent them a letter telling them that I no longer wished to learn these languages but I kept the original opened product.

Onlingo told me on the phone that I could return them. I mailed the unopened packages to them. After waiting three months and receiving no noticed from this company via mail I found on the original package (because they do not offer email support), I called them to find that they did receive the package. Even though they have had these unopened products in their possession all of these months they did not refund me these the unopened products.

I asked the rep, why didn't they return the products if they did not plan to refund me. The excuse the rep. Had was that it was in the warehouse and they were waiting for me to call them. Why didn't they send me a letter or call me that there were any issues?

I asked the rep. If I could talk to the manager, the rep. Refused and said that I would need to wait 24-48 hours. The rep. Said that they return the unopened products and that was that.

Either way, I would recommend avoiding this type of abuse to customers. Not allowing a customer to speak to the manager is definitely not good customer service. Also, having no way to contact them through their website via a mailing address or or internet email is a bad sign.
