I ordered a free trial online for total $3.95 S&H. I received a package of product.inside was a letter saying if I did not cancel within 17 days I would receive another shipment for $89.99 each month. I cancelled by email within days, but received another shipment just 2 weeks later, and my credit card was debited $147. When I did reach a customer service person, he said to return it and I would receive a refund. I did return the unopened package. But no response and no refund. Now all phones are not in service. I had to cancel my credit card and submit a dispute notice to my bank.
