Printer Works Only Sometimes and Techs Push Extended Warranty

Problems with this printer works when it wants to and your phone techs do nothing but try to get you to buy an extended warranty. This was a gift from my niece and I am sad she spent her hard earned money on this product. Shame on you HP for shabby customer service AND an unreliable product.
