Made me crazy with ink cartridge problems ripoff internet nationwide

While in the middle of rushing to find a job (i had been laid off), and staying with my mother (i had no privacy, so i had to rush through everything), my hewlett packard printer decided to start playing games with me.

I had a brand new black ink cartridge, which is all one needs for a job resume. But my color ink cartridge ran out, and disabled my whole printer. (this had never happened before.)

I called for customer service, but since my printer was out of warranty, i got no help. Also, there is no online technical help for this. So i wasted the afternoon trying to figure out what was wrong, and all it was was a trick built into their system to get you to buy a new color ink cartridge. (this, when i was unemployed!)

I will never buy another hp printer and will tell everyone else not to.
