I obtain a new piece of eqipment and from the beginning had trouble scanning documents. They have free on tech support but everytime I emailed them they told to do the same thing. I asked them to call me to solve the problem with the new eqiupment. I even called admin and left messages. The have a phone tech service that costs 30.00/incident or 80.00. Year but with new eqiupment they should hsve somebody you can talk to to get up and running. My big complaint is that them care nothing for the customer. Nobody would contact to talk to me. They are a waste if you need help with new equipment.
