Is it Just About the Money - destruction done to my home

I got directv about 4 weeks ago, when the installer came he was instructed that I was to needed a HD satellite. He installed the HD satellite on the siding (roof) of my home, 2 weeks after the installation I started to have problems. I then called the 1 800 number and followed the instructions, I then contacted the technical support department and they took my through the same procedure as the automatic system. After that the technical advisor then sent a signal to my home but to no avail. I then made an appointment for the following Monday.in the meanwhile I contacted the installer that originally installed the satellite disch. He came by and informed my that the HD satellite was to heavy to remain on the siding of my home. He told me that he installed it there because he was told by the company that the installation was to be standard and if he installed the HD satellite against the side of my home (against the concrete) that was considered custom installation. He then told me that I would have to pay him $40 to take the the HD satellite from the siding and put it a more secure place. I refused and then contacted the company. On the following Monday and Tuesday two different technicans came to my home, saw was the problem was, said that another technican would come back to fix the problem but that did not happen. I am extremely frustated as the HD satellite is causing damage to the siding of my roof, I am terrified that if the wind blows really hard that the dish is going to be ripped away because it is to heavy. I feel as if I am just being pushed around my one technican to another and no one cares about my roof. Since then I called the company to inform my them I am cancelling my contract with them as they seem not to have my best interest at heart. While the dish is obviously damaging my roof, I am also not receving a signal on my television in my bedroom and if not for that I would not have known that the installation was improper.
