My monthly purchases at Target are about 300.00. My 4 year old got the movie Shrek 2 from my Grandmother for his birthday from Target. While I was at work he took the plastic wrap off of it. When I returned home I saw the new movie and realized we had already owned the movie. So I brought the movie back to Target with the receipt 3 days after the purchase and since the plastic wrap was off of it they wouldn't accpet the return! I am very upset considering I had no control over the situation but the movie was not touched or played with. I cannot believe this and with how much I shop at this store a little customer satisfaction would be nice. I will have to start going to Walmart.
