Contracted for a remodeling job. Rod requested money upfront to purschase material. At first he wanted $7400. Settled for 5600. Never brought material. Tore house up stripped out entire bath and left bathtub full of plaster. Tore off all wood trim. Left debris in back yard in house. Took all doors off. Cabinets out and and the house was stripped. Never brought the flooring or drywall or any material. Stopped taking phone calls. Every day he had an excuse for no material or for not showing up. Then he stopped anwsering phone or email.
