Used material purchased for my job on another job when material was to be held at the supply house in my company's name

Mr. Morgan bid on a repair job for a wharehouse that I purchased. He used the supply house Associated Metal Components as a reference. The individual at the supply house that gave Mr. Harry Morgan a good reference went by the name of "Nate". I purchased the material from the supply house directly so Mr Morgan could not rip me off. I spoke to Nate at AMC and he understood our arrangement. We had to shut the jobdown for 3 months and Mr. Morgan needed us to pay the supply house for this material due to the material had been special ordered for this job, which I had no problem doing, so i paid the supply house & it was arranged that they would hold my material at no charge until the job picked up again. On the 10th of July the job started again and I tried many times to contact Mr. Morgan but his phone rings off of the hook. I called the supply house and they advised that almost all of the material had been picked up and Mr. Nate no longer works there. I started working with AMC to get to the bottom of what happened. AMC has made good on all of the material and through the hard work of Mr. Brad Fabre at AMC we came to relize that Mr. Morgan over ordered material for this job and we will be receiving a credit. I would not trust Mr. Morgan or his company to do any work, it is in my opinion he is running a complete scam. It is a shame that the supply house has to eat the crooked dealings of an individual such as Mr. Morgan. I would like to thank AMC for backing up their company name by doing the right thing and would highly recomend them as a great place to do business with.
