Charged material to my Carter Lumber Account

Rob Manuel ordered material from my local Carter Lumber account and misrepresented himself. He had the material delivered to his worksite to finish a project he was working on. He never paid for the material, returned any phone calls from me or Carter Lumber. He has continued to misrepresent himself as a Barna Log Homes dealer, take huge deposits and never do the work he has been contracted to do by his clients. As the CFO of Jim Barna Log and Timber Homes, we have been contacted by several clients who verified this and who are left waiting for material that they ordered and paid the Manuels for.
