Agressive pitch with misinformation and stating you cannot cancel

Aggressive sales pitch for a service that is not needed while telling you that you have already have a contract you cannot cancel. Pricing is confusing and what you get is unsure. Multiple companies using the same ploy/script to the point you don't know who you are dealing with. They seem to give you no way out of said contract when you have no memory of every initially signing up. They charge you before you even hang up before you are given any options or choices. They share information or get it from the same source so you may get several calls with the same story. Tell them to go to H*ll and see them in court. File a complaint in state of origin with BBB and state consumer affairs, in this case

Also inform your local BBB of the problem.
I've canceled my debit card and ordered a new one which may not be a bad idea if you purchase on the internet often with places that won't take paypal.
