Sales Pitch

Had to listen to excessive sales pitch before i could pay for the order. Tried to call in complaint and had to listen to 20 min sales pitch and got disconnected. Had to register and go through hoops to file complaint. Got a lot of emails, mailers etc. Stop trying to yank money out of people's pockets. Give option to pay right away or listen to more options. You will never get my business again. You give this country a bad name with these tactics.
