Charging after cancellation - high pressure sales pitch

Kept getting charged by juno - though cancelled. Tried to cancel again. Put on hold... Then had a high pressured sales pitch [obnoxious] along the lines of we will cancel you but we want to offer you a very special deal for $4.95 a month... No thanks... Persist with sales pitch... No thanks... I could not get him off the phone... And could not wade to a confirmation of cancellation. Finally had to hang up... And lo and behold have gotten 3 calls from customer service [amanda] to tell us we are cancelled and if we want to discuss call her. Enough already - cancel and leave us alone. A scam, fraudulent and obnoxious. Avoid like the plague!
