Very Misleading Month to Month "no commitment" membership

This gym offers a "month-to-month" no contract membership for higher monthly dues. They pitch this to you as "the ability to cancel at any time" without a contract.

What they neglect to tell you in their sales pitch is that when you are ready to cancel, even though you cancel in March, you will still be billed for April.

This is mentioned briefly in their contract but they do not actually come out and tell you this or explain it at all.

I feel this is intentionally misleading to the consumer.

I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and Angie's List.
