Talking while driving - truck drivers

I know many truck drivers for FedEx and believe me. All they do while driving these huge semis is talk on their cell phones... This is totally uncalled for. They are endangering not only their lives but the lives of other people. They should not be allowed to talk on cell phones while driving!!!
