Lazy Incompetant Drivers - Fed Ex

Fedex website offers customized delivery options on a very unfriendly site. BUT, what good is it if the drivers are too lazy to look at the information. I had ordered an expensive christmas tree and Balsam Hill unfortunately uses Fedex. I was at home waiting for delivery, when finally at 4pm I decided to check the delivery site. It stated delivered and left at front door at 11:55am. It was not, the driver never buzzed or called at the security gate (information was on my profile) and left the item by the road where anyone could have picked it up. Luckily my son, who lives down the street was driving by and saw it. That, plus the fact that the item was 50 lbs, and I never could have picked it up myself. I have only had one lady driver that actually used the information in my profile to deliver to my door. Unfortunately she was the only one.
