My wife and I went to the source in fredericton NB and bought a family cell phones amd plan and a extended warranty, as I have a couple jobs plus a child my cell phone is very important, the screen broke, so I took it back, they said they couldnt help me because it was saturday, but they would send the info to head office, a week later I came back they said oops we never sent the info, so they needed to get my info again. I asked for a replacement phone both times they said no. So now i have to wait at least another week to find my warranty, plus probably 4 weeks for delivery... Never get anything from this store, they will not help you in the least and cell phone warranty they sell is not worth the effort.
