I bought an extended protection plan with my Sylvania 42" tv. For $ 259.99. After 1 year and 3 months the tv broke down. It exploded and the power doesn't turn on...
I Call the telephone number for the warranty, its a nightmare. They had a repairing company contac me, and they told me that "this was a VERY common issue with this model" and that they ordered the part needed about 3 months ago, so they dont know when they are going to be able to repair my tv. After that Circuit City, doesnt find my auth. #, or the fax from the reapiring co., or my info. Etc etc. Menawhile I dont have a TV!!
