Never buy a Dell - studio desktop 540

Never buy a Dell computer. We have had one problem after another and since we did not purchase an extened warranty, we are out of luck of getting anything fixed.
We were told by the tech people that it is perfectly normal for their computers to only last a year or so before major problems occur... Perfectly normal! So in other words, they are admitting that their product is a piece of junk.
