Microsoft, directly i was told when i upgraded from xp to xp professional i did not have to save my information, because it was only an upgrade. Lost everything on my hard dive, we paid another 135.00 for some guy in asia to give me a free download and tech support. I know how u work and it is total misrepresentation... The system wants to upgrade EVERY time we launch it - and it takes up to 1/2 hour before we can use our machine for even the simplest of tasks. It is unwieldy and cumbersome. We will never load a microsoft product on another pc.
