I have tried many times to download the Microsoft office. Out of frustration of being disconnected or not being able to connect to support I have asked for my money back. The reps told me I had to work with their support staff first before they would do it (if they will). I have wasted so much time on this download. I have a 64 bit system so I loaded the 64 bit product. I get a error saying that I have a 32 bit system. I will give them the benefit of the doubt so I download the 32 bit product. I get an error message saying it won't work because I have a 64 bit system. Customer is always right, what a waste of my time.
