The buyer protection plan is great. My son's remote control car stopped working after 3 weeks. I phoned the number, they e-mailed me a shipping label, I printed the label and attached it to the box, dropped it off at a UPS store, and voila! Three weeks later I had a gift card for the full amount of purchase. I will buy this plan for all purchases from now on.
