I e-mailed dish told them my remote control was worn, and I needed a new one. They said send 15.00 for the remote, and 15.00 shipping. I tought about it, and e-mailed back and asked them what was the 7.00 pe month added to my bill for equipment protection, I don't remember asking for this protection, but now I need equip. Protection does it mean replacement? I asked, got no answer. I went to Time Warner, they said I can have all the remotes I want, free...
