Read these reviews carefully b/c I never imagined I would be in the same club. I recently had the most horrible experience with this company that I am going to tell as many people out there. Do your homework before you get involved with them. They certainly make all the promises with delivery however, I got stood up 3 times before they actually installed. They don't even have the courtesy to tell you. They just randomly change the appointment on you. But what really ticked me off was that I became involved in bundling my service with Verizon. Well! B/c Verizon did not seem to pay them on time, Direct TV opted to cut my service over a holiday weekend. No warning. Phonecall, explanation given prior to. I was never delinquent in paying my bill, either. I had only had it installed for 2 weeks. You think a company would call (considering I just moved into my home and, always paid at my previous address). Oh... But I later found out through a representative that I'm one of thousands who have had problems when you bundle your package. They've failed to fix the communication gap between themselves and Verizon. Anyways, when you do try to get through the million voiceprompts, in the end, no one is of great help. I sent a letter to Verizon clearly listing my top 8 reasons why I was disputing the final bill. Do you think anyone even had the courtesy to followup... Not a chance. I'll write additional issues later b/c the public really needs to know how awful their customer service truly is. Really... Don't waste the money b/c they are not worth the price. My experience was absolutely horrible and, I will stand by that. So please, spread the word.
