Terrible Service from Sears

You have not experienced total disrespect for a customer until you deal with Sears ’ offshore site for appliance repair. No communication is possible without going through this group of non-English foreigners. There are NO communications with an actual technician; every thing must go through some unknown country with people who barely speak English.

We have been jerked around for weeks trying to get my (under warranty) freezer repaired. We have lost a great amount of food; wasted days waiting for the repairman and still can only deal with foreigners.

I will NEVER spend another damn dime in SEARS store and will do all that I can to warn my friends about how the once great and respected SEARS is just another international screw-the customer company. If you think Sears is the same company you once respected, just remember they were bought by K-Mart after K-Mart had destroyed their business.
