Direct tv false advertising - 29.99 special

When i became a customer of direct tv in may 09 the told me all of these things to get me to become their customer such as if a friend refered me we both would get a hundred dollars knocked off our bill at $10 month they deenied both of us that, they promised me my bill would be $34.99 month for a year and that wasn't so either. My bill has been full price since i have been their customer, they said it would be the same amount every month for a year but it has been a different amount every month. They said i would get rebates as a new customer now one explained how to do this and then the time frame run out on that. I don't even get my monthly bills, i have to go on line to see how much i owe. Everything they promised is not so. Is this the way direct tv gets customers? I am fed up with their lies all they care about is taking your money the service is terrible. Judy juan ramirez
