Took my money and instead of refunding it to my acct on paypal they sent it back to my prepaid master card

Not only did i get incorrect information from paypal but i find it funny as hell when these jerk offs cant even do their jobs correctly giving out bogus information and telling me that since its an error on their end i have to suffer.

Story..
I called in due to the fact that i was not able to xfer money from one of my paypal accts due to no bank information being on the acct. The rep told me just to refund it back to my other paypal acct that had the bank information. So stupid me i did what he said and poof yep my money is gone in cyber space they told me i have to wait for it to be credited back to my prepaid debit card. All good right?"no" this is not going to work out due to the fact that i have to buy this item from a seller tonight and geez i have no money in the acct now... So i have to wait 3-5 days for paypal to refund my money and wait another 3-5 days for them to release it to my card and yeah you guessed it i didnt get what i ordered due to that i called paypal and they said sorry its not in their control. This bull$hit company needs to either be shut down or retrained i asked for several managers and none of them were helpful. I did end up talking to this retarded girl from the philipines named cris emp id is 42218. She sat there and argued with me about the xfers trying to tell me its my fault i have to explain what the rep told me like 22 times yes 22... Stupid people i tell you. Not only that but youd think shes getting a ton of american callers but do you think she spoke english??? Hahha yeah right i had a hard time understanding her hello's. This is a great example of money being used for hiring dip $hits that dont know their jobs nor do they speak proper english. I have since closed out every paypal acct i had filed a bbb report against them and wrote to my mn attorney generals office in hopes to get this company either shut down or fined. I also will be contacting their corp offices and letting them know what is going on with these overseas employees that are not trained in properly..

Do not use paypal i recommend a different provider i also will be in touch with ebay since this is their primary choice of merchant services.
