I am a long standing customer of T Mobil. Because I did not add $25 to my account, through a fault in either Tmobil's or my credit card's system, although $25 went to my wife's account, T Mobil has "confiscated" $73.00 of the balance in my account. They will not return it. There is nowhere on line where to complain and they have failed to reply in any form to a certified letter I sent to their Corporate headquarters.
Does anyone know how to get any satisfaction from T Mobil? In the meantime steer clear of this LOUSY company!
