Received a e-mail from Haband to confirm a credit was issued for return of mdse. & to type https:/wwwfreeshipping.com/join.Asp? PId4=597. I tryed everything to get a e-mail to go through, but no success. I called customer service, but they could not help, it had to do with internet & they had no phone number or info to give me. I am requesting a refund for shipping charges. I will be waiting for a e-mail answer. Thank you. David Sweda
