I have been with t. Mobil for almost 9 years. I lost my blackberry phone on may. I went to t-mobil store in sherman oaks galleria. Usually, when you sign up for a contract you get the phone almost for free but they sold me a balackberry phone for something like $300. When i tried to charge the battery, the extension did not work either. I went back to the store a few days later and ask them to replace it. They refused and told me to go to corporate store. Anyway, it took a month or so to solve the problem but later i found out that they renewed my contract anew too.in this case, i didn't have to pay full price for the phone. T. Mobil does it all the time.
