They just don't get it! - Awful Customer Service

Obviously these guys are out of touch with today's social media and the ability of the "herd to be heard"

We've been with them years and when we have problems and go to lengths to explain and complain and detail all the outages, they offer us $10.00 bucks credit! This from a company we pay over an average of $85/mth

These guys are so divorced from their customers it's a wonder everyone doesn't abandon then like we are planning on doing.
