Xfinity Service Problems - xfinity cable and internet

I have had constant problems with Xfinity Cable and Internet Services. 1. For the past10 months we have constant problems with Cable channels FREEZING up. They were never able to solve the problem. Finally starting 10 days ago, it was worse then ever. After calling customer service several times per day, they determined the problem was outside. I went out late one night and there were several Big Service trucks working. I was promised a credit to my account for the problems, still has not come through. Once during this period they sent out a service tech, he determined the problem was outside. They billed me $30 for the service call (I was not told this when they decided to send someone out), After months of complaining problems with internet outages and download speed problems, sales convinced me to upgrade and spend more money. Still have problems with outages. They refuse to solve the problem! I would recommend Xfinity get their act together to explain in detail to the customer what the ramifications are and costs involved. They are very good in raising our rates, one thing they do very efficiently.
