Worst customer service you have ever seen or heard! - DirecTv Company itself

After being a loyal customer to DirecTV for almost 5 years, suddenly over charging on my subscription from $87.97 to $104.23!!! And when I asked I was answered that since my plan was old they no longer offer that plan they have to over charge me from this day on. It is funny that their new package plans, offer the same plan as I have for $39.99 (New Customers) and instead of upgrading my plan with a lower rate they said that if I decide to chose that I have to pay $71.99.
No wonder Dish Network and Cable Companies are taking over their business. Telephone operators were very rude and unprofessional and I definitely will not spend my money for this crap anymore.
