The ink cartridge door broke (one of the clasps) and no longer closes securely. I can not get the printer to work since I cannot get the ink cart. Door lined up securely anymore. I get an error message that the door is open. I cannot bypass the message and therefore can not use the device to print, copy or fax. A customer rep told me the part is irreplacable. I do not believe I was told the truth. He then offered to sell me a new printer. This is worse than bait and switch. It's more like lie and profit. I have 3 HP computers and have had at least 5 printers. No more.
