I spoke with a rep regarding my HP All in one L7680 printer. The plastic clasps on the ink cartridge door broke and I get an error message that I cannot print because "the ink cartridge door is open". My question was can I bypass this error message. The rep told me after "connecting" to my computer that the "Part was irreplacable" but he offered 100.00 off on a product update. I am sure the part is not irreplacable and probably costs less than a dollar. I explained I have been out of work for nearly 3 years and cannot afford a new anything. He said he was sorry to hear that and would I be interested in buying a Palm product or some other item. This guy clearly was not English-speaking. I told him I will never buy another HP product...
