Good tint job but took too long and car was scratched / and left with check engine light on

I had my wife take our SUV into Formula One and was told the job would take 2-3 hours. She arrived at 1:30 and I went to relieve her at 5:30. I did not leave until 7:00! I got into the SUV and the check engine light was on. Wife stated it was not on when she brought it in. Asked Ricky about it and he stated he didn't know anything about it. While talking to him I saw several deep scratches on rear passenger door. These were not there before taking it to them for the tint job. Found more scratches on the front bumper. We had to take the SUV to the dealership where we bought it and they found out that the reason the light was on was because the battery had run dead and it was jumped off improperly. This would make sense as to the scratches found on the front bumper. I did not bring any of this to the attention of Ricky at the store because I cannot prove it. All I can really do is let others know that this is not the place to go to get window tinting done. The tint job itself was good and so far I have no issues with it, it was the carelessness of the guys who were working on the SUV. I have been told by others that they are horribly high priced, and Ricky told me that we had gotten a 569.00 job for 339.00. Who pays 569.00 for a tint job on a small SUV???
