A great way to reserve hotels - Room booking

I have recently booked a room in Vegas (Paris Hotel), and I am astonished by their customer service. Long story short, I have had issues with the booking, but everybody their made their best to help, answering my emails and regularly following up.

So I enthusiastically recommend the use of their site: good prices & beautiful service, what else could we ask from a booking site?
