Otel - Room booking

We booked with otel.com for reservation OH-24633056 and received a booking voucher confirmed that the room is booked and paid. But when we show up at the hotel, the hotel said the reservation was not received and did not recognize the voucher. We end up paying again for the hotel. We tried calling the customer service number listed on your website during the business hours listed below, but both US numbers were no longer in service!
