Tec id: 0010082 scheduled time of arrival and arrived on time. Very professional in his work and expedient. Asked if I had noticed any other problem with the garden tractor that he could look at/repair and I told him that everything else seemed to be functioning correctly. This tec is the best service/repair tec that I have had the pleasure meeting and service. He is a testament to what a service tec should be and sets a high standard of service.
